Creating an account on learnpottery.com is free. You must have an account to make any purchases. If you don’t yet have an account, you can create one during your first purchase. Once you have an account, it can be used for all future purchases.
Your account’s username is the same as your account’s email address.
Your password is of your own choosing.
If you have forgotten your password, you can click on “Forgot Your Password?” on the login form. Your password will be reset and you will be emailed your new password. You can then login with your new password, and change the password to one of your own choosing.
You must be logged into your account to access the videos you have rented or subscribed to. Links to your purchased videos can only be found within your account dashboard.

Purchasing comes in two forms: RENT or SUBSCRIBE
When you RENT a video, you will make one payment, then your account will have access to view the video for the entire rental period. Your access will automatically end when the rental period is over.
When you SUBSCRIBE to a video series, you will make payments on a regular schedule (in most cases, once per month). Your account will have access to the video series as long as the subscription is active. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling a subscription can be done via your account dashboard, or you can use this form to ask us to cancel a subscription for you. These requests will be completed within 24 hours.
