Creating an account on learnpottery.com is free. You must have an account to make any purchases. If you don’t yet have an account, you can create one during your first purchase. Once you have an account, it can be used for all future purchases.

 

When you create an account, you will be given the option to join our email list. This is completely optional.

 

Your account’s username is the same as your account’s email address. 

 

Your password is of your own choosing. 

 

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on “Forgot Your Password?” on the login form. Your password will be reset and you will be emailed your new password. You can then login with your new password, and change the password to one of your own choosing. 

 

You must be logged into your account to access the videos you have purchased access to. Links to your purchased videos can only be found within your account dashboard.

Purchasing comes in three forms: 

 

1) RENT 

When you RENT a video, you will make one payment, then your account will have access to view the video for a pre-determined time period. Your access to the video will automatically end when the rental time period is over.

 

2) BUNDLE

When you purchase access to a BUNDLE, you will make one payment, then your account will have access to view all the videos in the bundle for a pre-determined time period. Your access to the videos will automatically end when the bundle time period is over. 

 

3) ENROLL IN A COURSE

When you purchase a COURSE, your account will have access to view all the videos in the course for a pre-determined time period. You will make low monthly payments through the duration of the time period. Payments will be charged to your credit card on file. Payments will automatically end after the final payment is made. Your access to the videos will automatically end when the course time period is over. 

For example, the Core Skills Wheel course has a 6 month duration, for $16 (USD) per month. If you purchase this course on January 20, your credit card will be charged:

January 20, $16
February 20, $16
March 20, $16
April 20, $16
May 20, $16
June 20, $16

The total sum of your payments will be $96.

And your access to the course videos will end on July 19.

Customers whose billing addresses are within the state of Maryland (USA) will be charged 6% sales tax.
